"I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We were always informed throughout the process. Ryan made sure to walk us through what to expect from the beginning so we would know what to look for and ask for. Ryan went with us to see over 20 houses (mostly at night cause we couldn’t make it during the day) and stayed with us through a about 5 houses that we were outbid for. At each house we saw, Ryan would keep giving us knowledge so could be smart homebuyers. Whether it be how many people have currently offered, when the seller plans on making a decision or giving insight on the house we viewing, if he had any. I can’t thank Ryan enough cause he gave us listen that we’ll be able to take with us for the rest of lives. The best part is, he isn’t just with you until you buy the house. We had a promise from the seller to fix something with our house but went through with the sale so it wasn’t delayed. And we finally got the house fixed up 3 months after the sale and Ryan was with us every step. I truly can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his team. As a first time homebuyers, we can’t speak for any other realtors, but I cant imagine it gets better than this."

Longer Review: When we first got to Gainesville we knew we wanted to buy a home at some point. The original idea was that we were going to have an old high school friend of mine be our realtor but that plan fell through and I was very hesitant to make such a huge financial decision working with some one I didn’t know. After seeing a few houses via agents on Zillow we were using this method to essentially find a Realtor that we had chemistry with and looking at houses we were interested in. After meeting a few this way and essentially getting treated like we were wasting their time I then wanted to hold off buying a house completely. One weekend we met Ryan Beacher at an open house and his kindness was a beacon compared to the other 5 realtors we had talked with. After a few days me and my wife decided to reach back out to Ryan, went and looked at our first home with, him and bought it. During this process while we were fawning over the prospects of owning our first home Ryan looked at the things that mattered, loose tile, checked for leaks in the roof, etc. When it came to closing on the home he also fought to help us not just take the burden of every repair. He also was a calming presence when mine and my wife’s nerves got the best of us. Terry was also a crucial resource into making me calm. In my career I am used to controlling a schedule, outlining, and making deadlines. I know I was not an easy customer. Sometimes I was sending four emails a day to ask about inspections, repair estimates, and the closing timeline. Terry always got back to me promptly even when I really feel like she did not have to and I was in essence being a Karen. The team I had made everything a smooth process and I could not recommend them enough. If buying a house was a common occurrence for me I would go with them every time."

"Where to even began! If you are looking for a wonderful realtor, your best bet is Ryan. He is amazing! I am a first-time home buyer, and he made the process so easy. I have heard of plenty of horror stories, but my experience was flawless and awesome. To start with, he has a short meeting that explains the process and vocabulary terms that a person outside of the real estate business would be unfamiliar with. Ryan and his team were there every step of the way and made sure that everything ran smoothly. He is an expert when it comes to appealing add-ons to make your offer looks favorable. I am so glad that I chose him to be my realtor. I never had to dig for inspectors, surveyors, and so on.
